Edit Time Screen
Use this screen to edit a timesheet entry.
All your existing details (such as overhead type, hours, pay types, and notes) are pre-populated and ready for you to update. The available fields depend on the selected type configuration.
| Field | Description |

| Type | This field is read-only. |
| Project | This field only displays if the selected Type is Project. You can select or enter a different project. |
| Phase Description | This field only displays if the selected Type is Project. You can select or enter a different phase description. |
| Activity | This field only displays if the selected Type is Project. You can select or enter a different activity. |
| Employee Type | This field only displays if the selected
Type
is
Project. You can select a different employee
type.

| Regular Hours | You can update the time in hours. |
| Overtime | You can update the time in hours. |
| Overtime Notes | You can update the notes. |
| Double Time | You can update the time in hours. |
| Double Time Notes | You can update the note. |
| Other Time | You can update the time in hours. |
| Other Time Notes | You can update the notes. |
| Tax-Exempt Overtime | This checkbox is available for
Overtime,
Double Time, and
Other Time.
You can select this checkbox to mark your any of those hours as FLSA-compliant. Selecting it tells the system to apply tax-exempt treatment to the overtime premium portion of those hours in line with 2025 One Big Beautiful Bill Act's (OBBBA) requirements. Hours flagged this way are automatically included in payroll calculations and IRS reporting, helping your organization stay compliant with federal guidance. |
| Save | This button only displays when you change at least one of the fields. Tap to save your changes. |
Note: When you update the
project, phase, activity, or employee type on a timesheet entry, the
Editing Timesheet Line dialog box displays, asking
whether you want to apply the change to the selected day only or the entire
week. Tap the corresponding option to proceed.
