Filter and Sort Revenue Recognition Items in the Manage Menu Task

You can sort and filter project information when recognizing revenue with the Manage menu task by clicking on the column heading. The sort and filter options selected on the columns will save to your user preferences.The next time you access Manage > Revenue Recognition, the filter or sort options are retained from the last time you logged in to Ajera.

To sort and filter project information when recognizing revenue

  1. Click the underlined column header (ex: Project).
  2. Select the sort option you want to apply. The sort options available are:
  • Ascending
  • Descending

If sort options are applied, you will see this symbol (ascending) or (descending) next to the column header.

You can only have one sort at a time. Any sort applied to a column will override other sorts applied to columns.

  1. Select the filter option you want to apply. The filter options available are:
  • None
  • > Greater Than
  • >= Greater or Equal
  • < Less Than
  • <= Less or Equal
  • = Equal
  • <> Not Equal
  • Is One Of
  • Is Not One Of
  • Between
  • Contains

If a filter is applied to a column, you will see this symbol next to the column header.

  1. Click Cancel to close the dialog box.
  2. Click OK to save the changes.
  3. Click Clear to clear the sort or filter option.
