Setting up security for attachment categories

When you give members of a role access to attachment categories, they can set up, change, copy, and delete attachment categories.

Members of a role do not see the > Setup > General > Attachment Categories option on the menu unless you give them access to it.

Note: Give only a limited number of employees access to attachment categories. In this way, you can keep track of the attachment categories that are made.

To set up security for attachment categories

  1. From the > Setup menu, click Company > Role.
  2. Click the role you want to give access to attachment categories, and click Edit.
  3. On the Setup tab, select the Attachment categories check box.

Ajera displays the > Setup > General > Attachment Categories menu option for the role members.

  1. Click Save.
