Copying attachment categories

You can copy attachment categories only if at least one of your roles has access to attachment categories.

You can copy categories from either of the following:

> Setup menu

From the

> Setup menu, click General > Attachment Categories.

Click the attachment category you want to copy, and click Copy.

Enter the following information:

Type the name of the attachment category.

Select the applicable type for the category you are setting up. The type determines where the category is available in Ajera:

Notes

Do one of the following:

In the field, enter any notes about the category.
Click the button. The Notes window appears. Enter any notes about the category in the window and click OK.

Click Save. The attachment category appears below the current row. To move it, click the row and click

Any window that accepts attachments

You can also copy attachment categories from the Attachments window, Attachments tab, or Add Attachments window.
