About pays automatically set up (in-house payroll)unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Payroll add-on Ajera automatically sets up the following pays for you. You can change them, as needed. However, you must assign GL accounts to all pays with a type of Other before using them. Ajera reports any regular, premium, and other pay that is not tax exempt on Form W-2. If an Other pay does not have the Track hours/units check box selected on the Pay window, you can additionally set the pay to report amounts in boxes 10 -20 of Form W-2.
