Marketing Stage inquiry

You set up marketing stages to reflect the typical steps of the business development process at your company.

Use this inquiry to see information about your marketing stages, such as status, start date, due date, and completion date.

If needed, you can add predefined columns and view supplemental information.

Using the inquiry

From the Inquiry menu, click Project > Business Development > Marketing Stage.

Accounting staff

This inquiry is grouped by Project ID & Description and Phase ID & Description. You can always group or ungroup columns, as needed.

Project ID & Description	Project	The ID and description of the project associated with the marketing stage
Phase ID & Description	Phase	The ID and description of the phase associated with the marketing stage
Stage Description		The name of the marketing stage
Stage Long Description		The longer name of the marketing stage
Status		The status of the marketing stage Examples: Not Started, In-progress, Completed
Due Date		The due date for the marketing stage This is entered on Setup > Projects > Project Info > Business Development > Stages	x
Start Date		The start date for the marketing stage This is entered onSetup > Projects > Project Info > Business Development > Stages	x
Completion Date		The completion date for the marketing stage This is entered onSetup > Projects > Project Info > Business Development > Stages	x
Notes		Any notes about the marketing stage
