Department window

Options are:

• Active - Department is available for use.
• Inactive - Department cannot be used, but it remains in the database and continues to appear on reports.

The name for the department

The DPE for the department. Enter it if you want your labor cost to reflect DPE. If the department has the same percent as your company, leave this field blank and Ajera uses the percent from your company preferences.  

Enter the number as a percent; for example, enter 35 for 35%.

The category of the attachment

An attachment category is a group of files with similar characteristics (for example, RFPs). You can set up categories if your security settings give you access to them.
