Select Columns Dialog Box

Add, remove, and reorder the columns that display in the grid.

Enter a character or word in either of the filter boxes at the top of the Available Columns and Selected Columns areas to filter the lists. A filter icon displays next to the heading when a filter is applied. Delete the text from the filter field to remove the filter criteria.

To reorder the columns, in the Selected Columns list, click to the left of the column name (your cursor becomes a hand symbol ) and drag it up or down the list to place it where you want to see it in the grid.

Field Description
Add All / Remove All

Click Add All to add all columns to the view. Click Remove All to remove all of the columns that are not required from the view. When you click Remove All, pinned columns are no longer be pinned and Touchstone moves any pinned columns that are not required back to the Available Columns area.

If you apply a filter and click Add All, Touchstone only adds the columns that display in the filtered list.

Available Columns This area lists the columns that you can add to the grid.
Selected Columns This area lists the columns that are currently in the grid in the order that they display.
+ Restore Defaults Click to display the default columns in the grid.

Required Columns

Certain columns are required to be in the view. You can pin and reorder them but you cannot remove them. The required columns are highlighted in gray and if you hover over one, Touchstone displays a Cannot Remove icon () to the right of the column name.

Pinned Columns

You can pin columns that you want to display first in the grid. Pinned columns always display before unpinned columns and you cannot place a pinned column between two unpinned columns or vice versa. To pin a column, hover over the column and click the Pin icon () that Touchstone displays to the right of the column name.

The pinned and unpinned columns are separated by a vertical line in the grid.
