Reports
Use the Reports hub to create and customize benchmark reports specifically for your projects.
Use the reports to compare your projects using acceptance criteria and benchmark attributes that you choose. Create reports using different criteria for different types of projects or projects in different phases, like proposals versus projects that are in progress.
Reporting Criteria
You will set the criteria which will become the basis of your reports. Determine what these will be using the following:
- Acceptance Criteria: These are groups of metrics you can create and use for different purposes. For example, you can create one group to evaluate schedule quality and another to evaluate performance.
- Benchmark Attributes: These are qualitative measures of project success. You enter values manually for each project submittal, so you can track these measures of success over time as they change.
The benchmark report presents data based on a percent complete scale. This allows you to compare projects of different lengths based on how they perform at various percent complete milestones.
