  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Sort a Grid by a Different Column

Use these steps to sort grid information by a different column.

To sort a grid by a different column:

  1. In the grid, click on a column to sort by that column.
    The sort icon ( or ) displays in the column and the direction the icon points indicates whether the rows are sorted in ascending () or descending () order.
  2. (Optional) Click the column again to change from ascending to descending order and vice versa.
