Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

List and Detail Views

You can view information in both the List and Detail view.

Toggle between the two views by clicking Switch to List View or Switch to Detail View in the top right area of the page.

After you select a view, Acumen Touchstone defaults to that view each time you access that area.

Invalid Characters

Touchstone does not accept any of the following characters in the ID and Name fields: "&'*+,.;<=>?[]|
