  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Email Touchstone Users To Let Them Know How to Log In

If you have access to EPM Security Administrator, you can send an email to all users who have a license to let them know how to log in to Touchstone.

In order to complete these steps, you need access to EPM Security Administrator and you need to have configured email in Touchstone on the Settings > Communications tab.

To email licensed users to let them know how to log into Touchstone:

  1. Log into EPM Security Administrator.
  2. In the left pane, expand Products and select Acumen Touchstone.
  3. On the right side of the dialog box, click Manage Licenses.
  4. In the top grid, select the client number that includes the licensed users you want to email.
  5. In the Assigned Users box, do one of the following:
    • To send an email to one or more users, select the user or use CTRL or SHIFT to select groups of users.
    • To send an email to all users in the list, check the All Users checkbox.
  6. Click Send Email.
    In the Email dialog box, the From field is automatically populated with your (the currently logged in user) email address. You can edit the field if needed.
  7. Click Send.

    A separate email is sent to each selected user.

    The email subject is "Deltek Touchstone License" and the body of the email informs the user that they have been assigned a license to Deltek Touchstone. If the user uses basic authentication to log in to Touchstone, the email also includes their user ID and a temporary password as well as instructions for how to change their password in Touchstone.
