What Happens When You Delete a User in EPM Security Administrator?

When you delete a user in EPM SA, all of the related access control records for all existing programs, projects, and so on, are deleted.

If the user is listed as an owner or manager, Touchstone changes the Owner field (Programs / Projects / Field Mappings / Acceptance Criteria) and the Manager field (Projects Overview tab) as follows:
  • When there is a manager specified in EPM SA for the deleted user, Touchstone assigns the manager to the Owner and Manager fields.
  • If there is no manager specified in EPM SA, Touchstone assigns the alternate manager to the Owner and Manager fields.
  • If there is no manager or alternate manager specified in EPM SA, Touchstone assigns the SYSADMIN to the Owner field and leaves the Manager field blank.
