Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase. Ex."system administration"
And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria. Ex.system + administration
Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default. Ex.system administration
Copy a Grid Row
You can copy and modify an existing row in a grid.
To copy a grid row:
Select the row you want to copy.
Hover over the right end of the row so that the
Grid Options
icon
displays.
Click the
Grid Options icon and click
Copy.
Touchstone creates a copy and displays it in Detail view edit mode. You can edit the fields as needed.
