Copy a Field Mapping Template

You can make a copy of a field mapping template to use as the basis for a new field mapping template.

When you copy a field mapping template, Touchstone copies the list of mapped fields and the Access Control list.

To copy a field mapping template:

1. In the Navigation menu, in Templates, click Field Mappings.
2. Do one of the following:
   • If you are in the List view, hover over the field mapping template you want to copy. Click Options on the right side of the line and click Copy in the Options menu.
   • If you are in the Detail view, search for and select the field mapping you want to copy and click Other Actions > Copy
   A copy of the selected field mappings template is created and displays in Detail view edit mode. Edit the fields as needed and save the changes.
