Assign an Acceptance Criteria Template to a Project

A project must be associated with an acceptance criteria template. When the schedule is uploaded, Touchstone evaluates it against the acceptance criteria metrics and calculates a score.

Note: If a project is not associated with an acceptance criteria template, the project will not display in the Submittals view and the submitter will not be able to upload a schedule.

To assign an acceptance criteria template to a project:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Projects.
  2. If you are in the List view, click Switch to Detail view in the top right corner of the view.
  3. Use the Find Project search feature at the top of the view to search for and select the project to which you want to assign the acceptance criteria template.
  4. On the Configuration tab, hover over the Acceptance Criteria Template field and click the Edit pencil icon to the right of the field.
    The field changes to edit mode.
  5. Select the acceptance criteria template from the drop-down list.
    Touchstone automatically saves the change when you click out of the field.
