  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete Published Metric Results for a Contract or Periods

Use these steps to delete published metric results for a contract or periods.

(Optional) Enter the prerequisites here. This should be relatively brief. If you need to write extensive prereq info, create a reference topic for it and combine the topics using a small ditamap. Be sure to keep the first sentence in the <p> element.

To delete a published contract or period:

  1. Click in the top left corner of the Acumen window.
  2. At the bottom of the drop-down menu, click Deltek Acumen Options .
  3. Click the Platforms (Deltek) option.
  4. In the Manage Publish Options section, select the Metric results to Deltek data source option
  5. Click Manage Data .
    Note: Make sure that a valid data source has been configured for publishing metric results.
  6. On the Manage Published Data dialog box, select the contract(s) and/or period(s) you want to delete.
  7. Click Delete .
