Control Accounts / Work Packages Tab of the Activity Details Pane

This tab displays control account and work package information for the selected record in the grid.

Note: This tab only displays if the Deltek Cobra / Cost Data and WAD option on the Platforms (Deltek) page of the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box is selected.
The data that displays depends on your selection in the Activities grid:
  • When you select a project, this tab displays the control account and work package information for the selected project.
  • When you select a control account, this tab displays the selected control account and its work packages.
  • When you select a work package, this tab displays the parent control account and its work packages.
  • When you group the activities by hierarchy node (for example, WBS) and select a hierarchy node, this tab displays the control account / work package information for all activities involved in that hierarchy node.
  • When you group the activities by Control Account / Work Package and select a project, this tab displays all of the associated control account / work package information.

Performance Method

The table below lists the short and long performance method values. The short value either comes from Cobra in the DCDE or from the Cost .csv file. You use the long value when you create metrics that include/exclude various performance methods.

Note: When the cost data from a Deltek Cobra data (.dcde) file or from the Cost .csv file contains blank EVT values for work packages, Acumen displays None.
Note: Acumen considers OtherDiscrete as a valid EVT value for work packages when the cost data from IPMDAR CPD uses OTHER_DISCRETE to identify the work package EVT.
