Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

PPM Risk Comparison Dialog

Use these dialog boxes to compare risks from Acumen and PPM Risk to import and/or export.

Acumen Risks

Field Description
Selected This field contains checkboxes that represent new and updated risks that have never been imported. They are selected by default. The checkbox is blank if its corresponding risk has been previously imported.
ID This field contains the risk ID.
Type This field contains the risk type.
Name This field contains the risk name.
Probability This field contains the risk probability.
Schedule This field contains the schedule impact of the risk.
Cost This field contains the cost impact of the risk.
Score This field contains the risk score.

PPM Risks

Field Description
Status This field contains the status of the risk.
ID This field contains the risk ID.
Type This field contains the risk type.
Name This field contains the risk name.
Probability This field contains the risk probability.
Schedule This field contains the schedule impact of the risk.
Cost This field contains the cost impact of the risk.
Score This field contains the risk score.

Buttons

Field Description
Select All Select this option if you want to select all of the checkboxes.
Deselect All Select this option if you want to clear all of the checkbixes.
OK Click this to save the import process and close the dialog.
Cancel Click this to cancel the import process and close the dialog.
