Display the Share Data Export Definition Dialog Box

You display this dialog box in the Exports utility.

1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Imports & Exports > Exports.
2. Complete the appropriate set of steps:
   • For a new data export definition:
     1. On the Data Export Definitions form, click + New Data Export Definition.
     2. On the Select Columns dialog box, select a data pack and the columns/fields from the data pack for the data export definition.
     3. Click Apply.
     4. On the Definition Setup form, after you complete the information to set up the data export definition, click the Share action.
   • For an existing data export definition:
     1. On the Definitions tab of the Data Export Definitions form, click the name of a data export definition in the grid.
     2. On the Definition Setup form, click the Share action.
