Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Text Settings Dialog Box

Select the font, size, color, and so on for the text that is entered for the header and/or footer.

Field Description
Font

Select the font for the field that you are inserting into the header or footer.

Size Select the size of the font for the field that you are inserting into the header or footer.
Alignment Specify how you want the data aligned in the column: left justified, centered, or right justified.
Color Click in this field to open the custom color palette and select a color for the text. You can select colors by entering CMYK values, a Hex #, or RGB values, or you can use the swatches on the right to select a Pantone color.
Bold Select this option for bold text.
Italic Select this option for italicized text.
Underline Select this option for underlined text.
Text Enter the text to include in the header or footer.
