You can edit the series of recurring activities in the Activities hub. When you edit a series, all the occurrences reflect the change that you make. If there is one instance that you edited previously via the Calendar or an associated hub, that instance will not reflect the change.
To edit a series of recurring activities:

In the Navigation pane, select

At the top of the Activity form, enter either a complete or partial name or number in the
Find activity lookup field to find and select an activity that you want to review or edit.

To change information on the Overview tab or in fields on the Activity form, hover over the field and enter or select the value; if an edit dialog box is displayed, make the changes on the dialog box and click
OK.

Use the remaining tabs to add or edit activity information.
