Change the Grid View

While using the List View for a record, you can view customized versions of the grid's columns and details. This allows you access to multiple views of a grid so you can see specific information for each record. You can also save these different views for both personal use and to share with team members. NEEDS WORK

Pre-requisite: Open the List View.

To change the grid view:

  1. Click View: to display the saved grid views.
    The saved grid views display.
  2. Select the grid view you want to display.
  3. Click Save.
    MALEA NOTE THIS SEPARATELY: For Transaction Center grids, you can have different columns depending on the company's " USE FILES TO GROUP TRANSACTIONS " setting. Example scenario.... Company A uses Files for JE's and Company B does not use files for JE's. Any saved grid views for company A would not be available in company B for JE's (and vice versa) since they are different grid types.]
