Delete a Proposal

When you delete a proposal record, you permanently remove it from the database. You cannot undo the deletion.

This feature is available if your enterprise uses CRM Plus.

To delete a proposal:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Proposals > Custom Proposals.
  2. On the Custom Proposals form, enter a complete or partial name or number in the Find proposal lookup field to find and open a proposal, or click on the grid and then specify search criteria to filter the list of proposals in the grid.
  3. In the Proposals grid, select a proposal and then click Options > Delete.
  4. On the Delete Proposal dialog box, click Delete to confirm the deletion.
