Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Features/Enhancements

  • Multi-factor authentication can now be reset in the event the user acquires a new mobile device used for the authenticator app.

  • The validity of the activation link in the Welcome Email is now 72 hours.

  • The system settings and configuration settings in Unionpoint during the integration set up are now clearly differentiated into two different sections.

    • System settings affect the core behavior of the integration and cannot be changed once set.

    • Configuration settings affect the ongoing behavior of the integration and can be changed at a later stage.
