Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Features/Enhancements

  • When activating your Portal account, you can now see the expiry time in your activation email.

  • From the Portal, you can now:
    • Get a better view of the welcome screen on the Deltek Integrations page.
    • Add a user through the Add User link on the Manage Users page.
    • See a progress icon on the Completing Integration page.
    • See the Installed integration state in purple on the Deltek Integrations page.

  • In the error log table, a new option called Retry Failed Jobs is now available. Selecting one or more errors on the Error Log UI enables this option. When no errors are selected, this option is disabled.

  • A new interface for deploying productized integration is now available. This UI is for the integration deployment steps of copying files, configuring properties, connecting to the applications, mapping tables, syncing data, preparing, and starting the integration.

  • When you complete a data sync and there are syncing errors, the Portal now displays the following message:

    "The integration has been configured, but there were some errors. Please review the error log after you click Finish."
  • To prevent situations where two running processes compete for a resource (data race conditions) within running integrations if properties or tables are updated, deployment of an integration is now only allowed if the integration is:
    • Not installed.
    • Reporting as Stopped.
    • Being deployed/configured.
