Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Using Online Help

To launch the help, click in the upper right corner of any page in the platform and then click Online Help.

On the page that displays, you see the welcome topic for the Specpoint Help. Use the following features to navigate through the online help:
  • Table of contents
  • Search field
  • Left (previous) and right (next) arrow in each topic
  • Links in the Related Topics portion in each topic
