Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Saving a Project or Ancillary File

Open Plan enables you to save a file with its current name using the Save command or under a different name using the Save As command.

These commands are available as follows:

  • If you opened the file in Exclusive mode, you can use the Save or Save As command at any time.
  • If you open a file in Shared mode, the Save command is not available. Open Plan saves your changes to projects, codes, calendars, and codes as you make them.
  • If you opened the file in Read Only mode, the Save command is not available. You must use the Save As command before you can make any changes to the file.

You cannot perform Save As on a file if there is another file open that refers to it. You need to close the project before you can perform Save As. For example, if you open project CLEAN in Barchart view, the Save As button is grayed out in the CLEANCAL calendar file.
