Use this procedure to review a demonstration project.
Note: If the demonstration data does not exist, check with your system administrator. It is possible that the system administrator has removed the demonstration data from the data source.

To review a demonstration project:

From the left pane of Open Plan Explorer, expand the
Projects folder.
Each item in the
Projects folder is a subfolder that contains all the files for a demonstration project.

Expand a project folder.
You can also open a demonstration project from the File Open dialog box that you access from the
File menu.

From the expanded project in the right pane of Open Plan Explorer, double-click the
Project Views folder.

Double-click any type of view from the list.

Make changes in the displayed view.
If the project you opened has associated resource, calendar, or code files, open these views as well.
To check if your changes are reflected, open another view.

When you are done with the review of a demonstration project, do one of the following:
- To save your data to a file with a new name, click
Save As on the
File menu.
- To close the project, click
Close on the
File menu.
