Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Open a Code File Using the File Open Dialog Box

Use the File Open dialog box to open a code file.

To open a code file using the File Open dialog box:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, take one of the following actions:
    • Click File > Open.
    • Press CTRL+O.
    • On the Quick Access Toolbar, click Open.
  2. Select Code in the List Files of Type field.
  3. Select the code file that you want to open and click OK.
