Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Jira Import Integration Wizard

Use the Jira Import Integration Wizard to import your Jira project data into Open Plan.

The wizard walks you through each step—selecting your Jira project, mapping fields to match your Open Plan structure, and importing your data. This streamlined process ensures your project details transfer correctly while maintaining data integrity and security.

It includes the following pages:

  • Project Page: Use this page to select the Jira project to import.
  • Options Page: Use this page to configure how Jira data is imported into Open Plan. You can import a single or multiple projects.
  • Preview Page: This page gives you a clear snapshot of what is about to be added or updated (which you can view on the Add and Updated tabs) in your Open Plan project before the import happens.
  • Processing Page: This page displays import progress including the objects being imported

Buttons

The table below provides information about the buttons that display at the bottom of each page.
Field Description
Back This button is disabled since this is the first page of the wizard.
Next Click this button to display the next page of the wizard.
Cancel Click this button to cancel the import process.
Help Click this button to display the Open Plan help file.
