Defining Resource Profiles
The use of assignment offsets and periods, combined with the ability to specify more than one assignment for the same resource, allows you to define a resource profile for an activity.
Using offsets and periods, for example, you can construct the following profile by defining a resource assignment for an activity with a duration of 5 days:
