Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Users

The Users folder displays a list of users who have open projects or files in the network.

The following information is available for each open object:

  • User ID
  • Machine ID
  • Login Time

The Customize Columns dialog box enables you to control the information that is displayed in this folder. The Logged-In User dialog box enables you to view the files that a user has open.

It is possible for a user to be listed more than once in this folder if they are logged into Open Plan from multiple computers.
