Sending Project Information via Email
If your installation of Windows specifies a MAPI-compliant application (such as Microsoft Outlook) as your default email system, you can use the Open Plan email feature to send project, resource, or code information using electronic mail.
When you click Send on the File menu, Open Plan creates a backup file of the current data, invokes your email application, and creates a blank email message with the backup file as an attachment. If you have a view open at the time you click the Send command, Open Plan attaches the view as well.
