  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Position a Legend Manually

Use this procedure to position a legend manually.

To position a legend manually:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in network view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • In the Network menu group of the View tab, click Preferences.
    • Right-click an empty area within the view, and click Preferences on the shortcut menu.
  3. On the Legend tab of the Network View Preferences dialog box, select Manual in the Legend Options group box.
  4. Click OK.
    Open Plan displays the legend in the lower left corner of the network view. You may need to use the Zoom Out command to determine the location of the legend.
  5. Position the legend manually as follows:
    • To move the legend, position the cursor on the legend frame. When the cursor shape changes to a hand, drag the legend to the desired location.
    • To resize the legend, position the cursor on the lower right corner of the legend frame. When the legend shape changes to a double-headed arrow, drag the frame to the desired size and shape.
    Note: If no boxes appear in a legend, enlarge the area of the legend by resizing it.
