Open Plan Library

This folder contains ancillary files (calendars, codes, resources, and views) that can be linked to projects.

Each type of ancillary file has its own subfolder. To assign an ancillary file or view to a project, drag the file from the Open Plan Library to the target project folder.

When you create an ancillary file, it is automatically added to the appropriate folder of the Open Plan Library. You cannot drag a file directly into the Open Plan Library.

Provided that you have sufficient rights and the file is not referenced by another file, you can delete it from the Open Plan Library. Doing so deletes both the actual data from the database and any links to that file that may exist.

The Open Plan Library contains the following folders:

  • Calendars: This folder contains all the calendar files currently defined in Open Plan.
