Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

My Folder

This is your personal folder.

It provides a convenient way of organizing all the links to your projects, views, ancillary files, and application shortcuts. These objects can be referenced in this folder in any of the following ways:

  • By creating a project
  • By dragging an object from another folder into My Folder.
  • By first right-clicking an object in another folder, then clicking Copy from the context menu, and then right-clicking My Folder and selecting Paste from the context menu

Deleting an item from My Folder deletes the link to the item rather than the actual data. You can remove the link to a project by right-clicking the project and then clicking Delete Link on the shortcut menu.

You can also create additional subfolders within My Folder to help organize your project data.
