Use this procedure to find data in a column.
To find data in a spreadsheet column:

In the
Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.

Take one of the following actions:
- Select a column, and press
Ctrl+F.
- Select a column, and click
Find and Replace
in the
Data menu group of the Edit tab.
- Right-click the column heading, and click
Find on the context menu.

On the Find tab of the Find and Replace dialog box, enter the text you want to find in the
Find what: field.

Click the
Find Next or
Find Previous button to go to the next/previous search matches.
You can also press
Shift+F4 or click
to go to the next search match.
