Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Expand a Collapsed Subproject (Spreadsheet View)

Use this procedure to expand a collapsed subproject.

To expand a collapsed subproject:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • Click the outlining button next to the row. The outlining button displays either the "+" or "-" sign, depending on its state.
    • Select the subproject, and click Expand on the Data menu group of the Edit tab.
