Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Select Code Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Select Code dialog box.

To display the Select Code dialog box:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a resource file to which a code file is assigned in Resource View or Spreadsheet View.
  2. Display the Resource Details dialog box for a resource by taking one of the following actions.
    • Double-click a resource (for resource view).
    • Select a resource, and click Details in the Dialogs menu group of the Edit tab (for resource view or spreadsheet view).
  3. On the Code tab, click the ellipsis at the right of the code field (below the Desc field).
