Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Resource Selection Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Resource Selection dialog box.

To display the Resource Selection dialog box:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a project in any single-table spreadsheet view.
  2. Right-click anywhere in the spreadsheet view, and select Preferences from the context menu.
  3. In the Spreadsheet Preferences dialog box, select a resource-related or skill-related entry in the Table Name field, and click OK.
  4. In the spreadsheet view, select a resource-related column, such as Resource ID, to display an ellipsis at right of the data entry box.
  5. Click the ellipsis to display the Resource Selection dialog box.
