Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Resource Display Preferences Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Resource Display Preferences dialog box.

To display the Resource Display Preferences dialog box:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display the Resource View for a project from the Resource Views folder.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • Right-click an empty part of the Resource View, and click Preferences on the shortcut menu.
    • Click Preferences in the Hierarchy menu group of the View  tab.
