Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Resource Details Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Resource Details dialog box.

To display the Resource Details dialog box:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display the Resource View for a project from the Resource Views folder.
  2. Take one of the following steps:
    • Double-click a resource.
    • Select the resource and click Details in the Dialogs menu group of the Edit tab.
    • Right-click the resource and click Edit on the context menu.
    The Resource Details dialog box also displays when you create a new resource.
