Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Resource Cost Details Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Resource/Cost Details dialog box.

To display the Resource/Cost Details dialog box:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in barchart view.
  2. From the barchart view, take one of the following actions:
    • In the Barchart menu group of the View tab, click Bar Sets.
    • Right-click an empty area and click Bar Sets on the context menu.
  3. In the Bar Sets dialog box, take one of the following actions:
    • Click New.
    • Select a bar set from the list and click Edit.
    The Bar Set Preferences dialog box displays the Bar Attributes tab by default.
  4. Click the Crosstable tab.
    This tab is available only on multi-table barcharts. It controls both the type of time-phased data to be displayed on the view and the attributes of the bars used for the display.
  5. Select the option to show Resource.
  6. Click Details.
