Display the New Dictionary Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the New Dictionary dialog box.

To display the New Dictionary dialog box:

1. Open a project that contains text (for example, Activity barchart view).
2. On the Edit tab, click Add Activity to open the Activity Details dialog box.
3. On the Notes tab, enter a misspelled word in the Note box and click to initiate the spell-check.
4. On the Check Spelling dialog box, click Dictionaries.
5. On the Spelling Dictionaries dialog box, click New Dictionary.
