Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Find Node Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Find Node dialog box.

To display the Find Node dialog box:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in resource or code view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • Right-click anywhere on the view, and click Find on the shortcut menu.
    • Click Find and Replace in the Data menu group of the Edit tab.
    • Press Ctrl+F on your keyboard .
