Display the Field Name Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the <Field Name> dialog box.

To display the <Field Name> dialog box:

1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.
2. On the View tab, right-click an area of the spreadsheet and click Organize Columns on the context menu.
3. In the Organize Spreadsheet Columns dialog box, select the field that you want to change the attributes for under Display these fields.
4. Click Properties.
