Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Export File Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Export File dialog box.

To display the Export File dialog box:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in any view.
  2. On the Integration tab, in the Export menu group, click General.
  3. In the Export dialog box, select an export specification and click OK.
