Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Copy Export Specification Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Copy Export Specifications dialog box.

To display the Copy Export Specification dialog box:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, select a project to export.
  2. Click Crosstable Data from the Export group of the Integration tab.

    If the project is not open, Open Plan will open it in its Default mode. If it cannot be opened (for example, another user has it opened), you will receive an error message.

  3. In the Crosstable Exports dialog box, select an export specification to copy, and click Copy.
