Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Change Baseline Access Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Change Baseline Access dialog box.

To display the Change Baseline Access dialog box:

  1. Click File > Manage Files > Owner and Access Rights.
  2. In the Change Ownership and Access Rights dialog box, select Baselines in the Objects drop-down list.
    Alternatively, you can select All Objects to display baseline and other types of objects.
  3. In the [Results] grid, select one or more baseline objects and then click Change Access Rights.
